弘扬东北抗联精神提振辽宁老工业基地全面振兴的战略研究

摘　　要：东北抗联精神是中国抗战精神的重要组成部分,是中国共产党人的伟大精神谱系之一。东北抗联精神在过去是辽宁革命取得胜利的重要思想力量,现阶段更应该是提振辽宁发展建设及老工业基地全面振兴的不竭动力源泉。本文揭示东北抗联精神独具的多个层次的深刻内涵;弘扬东北抗联精神在新时代背景下的重要意义;探寻东北抗联精神的历史依据以及如何与“十四五”开局之时辽宁所承担的新工作新任务紧密衔接;给出使其最终落实在提振辽宁老工业基地全面振兴具体实践的一些建议。The spirit of northeast Anti-Japanese League is an important part of the spirit of Chinese AntiJapanese War.It is one of the great spiritual pedigrees of the Chinese Communists.Liaoning is one of the birthplaces of the spirit of the Coalition of Northeast Anti-Japanese in the past.It was an important ideological force for the victory of our revolution in Liaoning.At this stage,it should be an inexhaustible source of power to boost the development and construction of Liaoning province and the overall revitalization of the old industrial base.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry forward the spirit of the Coalition of Northeast Anti-Japanese!The study reveals the unique multi-level profound connotation of the spirit of the Coalition of Northeast Anti-Japanese,and the significance of carrying forward the spirit of the Coalition of Northeast Anti-Japanese in the new era.The historical basis of the spirit of the Coalition of Northeast Anti-Japanese and how to connect it closely with the new work and new tasks undertaken by Liaoning at the beginning of the“14th Five-year Plan”is explored to give some suggestions for its final implementation in promoting the overall revitalization of Liaoning’s old industrial base.
