摘  要:某在用管道在试压过程中发生穿孔泄漏,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法进行了研究。结果表明:该钢管穿孔的主要原因是管体外表面受到高温烧伤,且在试压前管体外表面已经烧伤穿透,进而钢管在试压过程中发生泄漏。The perforation leakage of an in-service pipeline during pressure test was studied by means of macro observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the main reason for the perforation of steel pipe was high-temperature burn on the external surface of the pipe,and the external surface of the pipe had been burned and penetrated before the pressure test,and then leakage occured during the pressure test.
