摘 要:为了确定某些矿用硬质合金的选用原则,分析了具有相同硬度、不同高钴和低钴含量硬质合金的性能差异,制作了硬度约为89.5 HRA的YG8T低钴粗颗粒和YG18T高钴细颗粒硬质合金。采用金相检验、力学性能测试等方法分析了两种合金的性能,对两种合金的断裂韧性和耐磨性进行了检测,结果表明:相同硬度的低钴粗颗粒硬质合金的耐磨性更好,高钴细颗粒硬质合金具有更好的抗折断能力。In order to determine the selection principle of some mine cemented carbides,the performance differences of cemented carbides with the same hardness,different high cobalt content and low cobalt content were analyzed.YG8 T low cobalt coarse particles and YG18 T high cobalt fine particles cemented carbides with hardness of about 89.5 HRA were prepared.The properties of the two alloys were analyzed by metallographic examination and mechanical properties test.The fracture toughness and wear resistance of the two alloys were tested.The results show that the wear resistance of low cobalt coarse particle cemented carbides with the same hardness was better,and the high cobalt fine particle cemented carbides had better fracture resistance.
