质量控制图在实验室质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：按照GB/T 36893—2018标准要求,以标准中“待机功率”的测试系统进行持续监测为案例,在重复性条件下,利用空气净化器能效检测的测量方法和待机功率的测量数据作为质控数据,建立质量控制图,得出控制限、警戒限,及其应用范围。质量控制图在实验室得到了很好的应用并取得了实效,提升了管理效能。According to the requirements of GB/T 36893—2018 standard,the continuous monitoring of the test system of standby power in the standard was taken as a case.Under the condition of repeatability,the measurement method of energy efficiency detection of air purifier and the measurement data of standby power were used as quality control data.The quality control chart was established,and the control limit,warning limit and application range were obtained.The quality control chart had been well applied in the laboratory and achieved practical results,which improved the management efficiency.
