殷墟铜觚铸造工艺研究

摘　　要：本文依据殷墟出土铜觚上的范线、孔洞(气孔和杂质孔)、补铸、镂孔、加强筋、垫片、芯土、浇口等铸造时留下的痕迹,以及殷墟铸铜遗址出土的觚范和觚芯等实物资料所反映的铸造信息,主要论述了殷墟铜觚的铸型分范方式、觚范与芯的组装方式、觚的芯撑和垫片、浇口位置的设置等问题,较为全面地考察了殷墟铜觚的铸造工艺。This paper discusses the casting technology of Yinxu bronze gu-goblets based on the traces left during casting,such as mold lines,casting pores(air and impurity pores),repair casting,hollowing,base-to-body braces,spacers,core clay remnants,and pouring inlets,as well as the casting information derived from gu-goblet molds and cores excavated from bronze foundry sites at Yinxu.The main issues discussed are the sectioning methods of Yinxu bronze gu-goblets,the assembling of mold-to-mold and mold-to-core,the use of core reinforcement and spacers,and the positioning of pouring inlets.This study provides a more comprehensive survey of the casting process of bronze gu-goblets at Yinxu.
