商代扁体铜卣的铸造工艺研究

摘　　要：本文依据殷墟出土的铜卣、卣范和卣芯等实物资料,主要从铜卣表面的范线、圈足上的镂孔、器底的网格、圈足与器底间的加强筋、止动装置、垫片、气孔、补铸、二次浇注、分铸等铸造痕迹,以及卣范和卣芯反映的器身、器盖、提梁等的分范方式,提梁与器身、盖与钮的连接方式,綯索状提梁、肩部兽头和提梁末端兽头的制作方法,卣范与范、范与芯之间的组装方式,以及器身、器盖、提梁上浇口的设置等铸造工艺,全面介绍了商代扁体铜卣的铸造技术和制作工艺。On the basis of the examination of bronze you vessels,ceramic molds and cores unearthed from Yinxu,this article presents a comprehensive account on casting techniques used in making oval you of the Shang period.Among technical elements analyzed from bronze you are sectioning lines on vessel’s surface,perforated ring base,grids on vessel’s bottom,base-to-body braces,stop fixtures,spacers,casting pores,repair casting,secondary casting,and detached casting.Technical features derived from the analysis of molds and cores include sectioning techniques of body,lid,and handle,handle-to-ody and lid-to-knob connections,rope-shaped handle,methods of making animal heads on vessel shoulder and handle’s end,assembling of mold-ti-mold and mold-to-core,and the placement of pouring inlets on vessel body,lid,and handle.
