地铁机电设备的安装及质量控制探究

摘　　要：为确保地铁各系统能够正常运转,相关部门需要严格管控机电设备的安装质量,从地铁机电设备的安装特征入手,针对地铁机电设备安装中存在的主要问题,提出地铁机电设备的安装及质量控制措施。结果表明:按照施工图纸要求严格施工,严格管控材料质量,施工进场前做好工序交接,建立健全设备安装调试管理体系等措施能够有效提升安装质量。In order to ensure the normal operation of subway systems,the relevant departments need to strictly control the installation quality of electromechanical equipment.Starting from the installation characteristics of metro electromechanical equipment,this paper puts forward the installation and quality control measures of metro electromechanical equipment based on the main problem in equipment installation.The research results show that the installation quality can be effectively improved by strict construction according to the requirements of construction drawings,strict control of material quality,good process handover before construction,and establishment and improvement of equipment installation and commissioning management system.
