摘　　要：目的了解上海市新冠疫情对耳鼻喉科急诊就诊特点和药品使用的影响。方法对比分析耳鼻喉科急诊2022年4-5月与去年同期的就诊人数、处方数、处方患者的年龄、性别、疾病分布和药品使用情况,并对处方的合理性进行点评。结果2022年4-5月耳鼻喉科急诊就诊1955人,开具处方1151张,同比降低72.2%和67.6%。未成年患者(年龄≤17岁)的处方比例较去年同期显著降低(13.99%vs 34.70%,P<0.01),鼻出血、咽内异物、鼻腔异物等急症的处方比例较去年同期明显增加(P<0.05),急诊患者后续住院比例显著升高(3.91%vs 2.22%,P<0.01)。2022年4-5月耳鼻喉科急诊处方合理率为98%,各类药品使用率随疫情期间就诊疾病的变化而与去年同期有所差异。结论上海市新冠疫情期间我院耳鼻喉科急诊就诊人数、处方数同比显著减少,未成年患者的处方比例下降,急症患者和需住院的重症患者的处方比例升高。处方整体较合理。AIM To understand the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on the characteristics of ears,nose,and throat(ENT)emergency department visits and their drug use in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai.METHODS The number of patients,number of prescriptions,patients'age,gender,disease and their drug use in the ENT emergency department during April-May,2022 and during April-May,2021 were compared.RESULTS There were 1955 patients and 1151 prescriptions in the ENT emergency department during April-May,2022,a year-on-year decrease of 72.2%and 67.6%respectively.The proportion of prescribed patients with age≤17 years during April-May,2022 was significantly lower than that of the same period last year(13.99%vs 34.70%,P<0.01).The proportion of prescriptions diagnosed with urgent diseases such as nosebleeds,pharyngeal foreign bodies,nasal foreign bodies during April-May,2022 increased significantly(P<0.05),and the proportion of prescribed patients subsequently hospitalized also increased significantly(3.91%vs 2.22%,P<0.01).The 98%prescriptions during April-May,2022 were rational.The drug usage rate was different from that of the same period last year due to the changes of diseases.CONCLUSION There are significant decreases of patients and prescriptions in the ENT emergency department during the COVID-19 epidemic in Shanghai.The proportion of prescribed patients with age≤17 years decreases.The proportion of prescribed patients diagnosed with urgent diseases or subsequently hospitalized increases significantly.Prescriptions are generally rational.
