摘　　要：目的建立菟丝育长口服液的指纹图谱,为制剂的质量控制提供参考。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Aglient Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长254nm。结果10批菟丝育长口服液的相似度均在0.95以上,得到了32个共有峰,指认了莫诺苷、绿原酸、去甲异波尔定、马钱苷、松果菊苷、淫羊藿苷、肉桂酸、甘草酸8种成分。结论该研究建立的菟丝育长口服液的指纹图谱,具有简便可靠,重复性好等特点,可为制剂的质量控制提供参考。AIM To establish the fingerprints of Tusiyuzhang oral liquid and provide reference basis for the quality control of the preparation.METHODS The chromatographic column was Aglient Zorbax SB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)by HPLC with gradient eluting.The mobile phase A was acetonitrile and the mobile phase B was 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution;the column temperature was 30℃;the detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS The similarity of 10 batches of Tusiyuzhang oral liquid was more than 0.95,32 common peaks were obtained,and 8 components were identified:morroniside,chlorogenic acid,norisoboldine,loganin,echinacoside,icariin,cinnamic acid,and glycyrrhizic acid.CONCLUSION The fingerprints of Tusiyuzhang oral liquid established in this study are simple,reliable and reproducible.It can provide reference for the quality control of the preparation.
