摘　　要：酸甘化阴法在儿科临床中运用广泛,是小儿脾胃病证的重要治则治法,其理论研究及临床应用值得进一步深入探讨。笔者总结了该治法内涵及作用机理,并从厌食、泄泻、便秘及腹痛四个儿科常见病入手,对酸甘化阴法在小儿脾胃系统疾病中的临床应用进行了深入论述,并有部分临床医家用药经验,从而丰富酸甘化阴法的理论认识及临床应用。Objective:Sour-sweet herbs nourishing yin is widely used in pediatric clinics,which is an important treatment method for spleen and stomach diseases in children,and its theoretical research and clinical application are worthy of further discussion.The author summarized the connotation and mechanism of the therapy,and started with four common pediatric diseases including anorexia,diarrhea,constipation and abdominal pain,to deeply discuss the clinical application of sour-sweet herbs nourishing yin in the children with spleen and stomach diseases,as well as involved some medication experience from clinicians,thus enriching the theoretical understanding and clinical application of sour-sweet herbs nourishing yin.
