摘  要:目的:探讨广西地区冠心病患者SLCO1B1、ABCB1、ABCG2基因多态性分布及其与阿托伐他汀调脂疗效的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-毛细管电泳法,检测214例冠心病患者SLCO1B1、ABCB1、ABCG2基因型分布。检测并比较所纳入患者使用阿托伐他汀治疗1个月前后的血脂水平。结果:携带SLCO1B1521TT、SLCO1B1388AG、SLCO1B1388GG、ABCB11236TC、ABCB11236CC、ABCB12677GA、ABCG2421CC、ABCG2421CA型冠心病患者经阿托伐他汀治疗的调脂效果显著高于同一位点的其他基因型。结论:携带不同基因型的冠心病患者接受阿托伐他汀治疗时,调脂疗效因部分基因型而异。Objective:To investigate polymorphism distributions of SLCO1 B1,ABCB1,and ABCG2 in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and to study the role of these gene polymorphisms in lipid-regulating treatment by atorvastatin.Method:The genotypes of SLCO1 B1,ABCB1 and ABCG2 in 214 patients with CHD were detected by multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-capillary electrophoresis(CE).Serum lipid levels of all subjects before and after 1-month atorvastatin treatment were measured and compared.Result:Patients with SLCO1 B1521 TT,SLCO1 B1388 AG,SLCO1 B1388 GG,ABCB11236 TC,ABCB11236 CC,ABCB12677 GA,ABCG2421 CC and ABCG2421 CA genotype had significantly higher lipid regulation effect than other genotypes at the same loci.Conclusion:The efficacy of lipid-regulating varies with partial genotypes in CHD patients.
