摘  要:西安咸阳国际机场内大量的LED广告灯箱由于3次谐波电流过大,引起零线电流过大,广告灯箱零线电流最高达相线平均电流的1.8倍,远超国标25%的要求,造成电箱主电缆和开关温度过高,存在一定的安全隐患。通过零线电流处理系统对LED广告灯箱零线电流进行治理,分析了治理前后交流侧各项谐波参数的对比、零线电流的消除率、电缆及开关温度的变化。广告灯箱只是LED应用中的一小部分,其实,大部分LED应用都存在零线电流过大的情况,存在电气安全隐患,应引起相关部门重视。A large number of LED advertising light boxes in Xi ’an Xianyang international airport cause excessive zero line current due to excessive 3 harmonic current. The most serious advertisements on the zero line up to 1.8 times than the average current of the phase line current, which is far beyond the requirement of Chinese standard of 25%. Therefore, the temperature of the main cable and switch of the electric box is too high and there is a potential safety hazard. The problem of the excessive zero line current of LED advertising light box can be deal with by using zero line current processing system. The zero line current of comparison of harmonic parameters on ac side caused by LED light before and after treatment of zero-line current processing system is analyzed. The elimination rate of zero-line current and the change of cable and switch temperature illustrate the treatment effect. And further broaden the idea, advertising light box is only a small part of the LED application. In fact, most LED lighting applications have excessive zero-line current, and there are a large number of electrical safety problems, which needs to be paid attention to by the relevant departments.
