摘　　要：平台型企业已成为数字经济时代价值共创的重要模式,企业的竞争正在演变成生态系统的竞争,与此同时平台企业治理也面临隐性知识溢出、个人隐私泄露等新的问题。双边关系视角下的信任治理策略并不能完全适应平台生态系统中多边关系的情境。基于多案例探讨了平台型企业的多边互信机制,构建了平台生态系统中信任障碍的原因、过程和治理策略的影响模型。根据平台生态系统多主体的特点,以信任理论为切入视角探讨了技术、制度和文化对平台系统互信的治理机制,相应的策略能有效提升平台生态系统中成员的认知互信、制度互信和认同互信,最终提升平台生态系统的价值共创绩效。The development of the platform economy has an important impact on the improvement of the credit level of the whole society.The trust governance mechanism of platform enterprises is an important part of the industrial Internet industrial ecology,and has become an important foundation for empowering industrial innovation drivers.However,issues such as information technology security,user privacy leakage,and intellectual property protection that have arisen in the open sharing of platform enterprises continue to expose users’worries about platform corporate governance.On the one hand,the open,shared,and integrated industrial ecosystem model of platform enterprises makes the multi-agent characteristics of platform enterprises a typical feature of platform governance,which in turn also brings obstacles such as role ambiguity,systematic conflicts,active opportunistic behavior and multi-subject inconsistency faced by platform users,and becomes an important reason for the lack of mutual trust in the platform enterprise system.On the other hand,the trust governance of platform enterprises not only faces the challenge of digital technology,but also needs to bear risks from the lack of institutional and cultural construction.The research object of the research is the trust governance issue of platform companies.Following the method of case study,three typical enterprises in different life cycle stages are selected to analyze the trust obstacles faced by the enterprises during this period.At the same time,it explores the reasons for the lack of trust from the multi-agent characteristics of platform enterprises,and combines trust theory and institutional theory to explore the trust governance mechanism and promotion strategies of platform enterprises from the dynamic and multi-level issues faced in trust governance.The research expounds the multi-agent characteristics of platform enterprises under the background of openness and sharing economy,and answers the question of why subjects form distrust.The subject of the platfo
