摘　　要：1949—1950年间,科代筹委会在推选科代会代表的过程中,抛开原有的学会组织,试图在开展自然科学工作者大规模登记的基础上进行普选。但限于诸多客观条件,大多数地区进展并不理想,最终科代筹委会不得不求助于各地党政机关,才完成任务。通过考察科代会代表产生的过程,分析这一过程中存在的种种问题,并重新评价原有学会的作用和经验。From 1949 to 1950,in the process of selecting representatives for the First National Congress of China's Natural Science Workers,the preparatory committee abandoned the original academic organization and attempted to conduct universal suffrage on the basis of large-scale registration of natural science workers.However,due to many objective conditions,the progress in most regions was not ideal,and ultimately the preparatory committee had to seek help from local party and government agencies in order to complete the task.This article reviews various issues in this process and re-evaluates the role and experience of the original society.
