摘  要:工业废弃磷石膏的堆放会占用大量土地,还会污染土壤和地下水,因此对磷石膏的资源化利用具有重要意义.目前磷石膏在建材领域主要用于生产纸面石膏板、石膏砌块等,消耗量有限,若能将其作为建筑主材用于结构工程,则可达到大规模处理固体工业废渣的目的.针对实际工程中现浇石膏强度低的问题,采用纤维增强的原理对磷石膏进行改性,提高其材料力学性能.将改性后的磷石膏作为建筑主材应用于磷石膏-混凝土网格式框架组合墙,通过数值模拟和试验对其受压力学性能进行研究.通过分析组合墙的受力性能和破坏机理,为磷石膏在中低层住宅建筑中的应用提供设计参考.The stacking of phosphogypsum which is industrial waste will occupy large area and will also pollute soil and groundwater.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the resource utilization of phosphogypsum.At present,phosphogypsum is mainly used in the production of gypsum board and gypsum block in the field of building materials,which results in limited consumption.If it can be used as the main building material in structural engineering,treatment of large-scale solid industrial waste will be achieved.In response to the low strength of cast-in-place gypsum in actual projects,phosphogypsum was reinforced by fiber to improve its mechanical properties,and the modified phosphogypsum was used as the main building material in the phosphogypsum-concrete grid frame composite wall.Numerical simulations and experiments were carried out to study the compressive performance of the composite wall.Through the analysis of structural behavior and failure mechanism of the composite wall,the design reference for the application of phosphogypsum in middle and low-rise residential buildings is provided.
