摘  要:海洋油气资源是社会主要的能源来源,在海洋油气资源开发过程中,海洋油气输送管道处于至关重要的位置,一旦发生破坏,不仅造成经济损失,还会造成海洋环境污染.海底管道处于高温高压工作环境内,服役过程中极易发生整体屈曲.本文对带有竖向缺陷的管道进行缩尺试验研究,通过热油模拟管道运行实际工况,获得不同竖向缺陷条件下管道的屈曲临界温度和临界位移,研究了不同初始缺陷对整体屈曲的影响,验证了管道竖向屈曲过程的动力效应.Offshore oil and gas resources are the major social sources of energy and offshore oil and gas pipelines are crucial in the development of offshore oil and gas resources.The damage of pipelines will lead to not only economic losses but also an unmanageable environmental problem.The pipeline is applied high temperature and pressure in working condition,and integral buckling is prone to occur during service.The overall buckling scale test of the pipeline with vertical imperfections was performed by simulating the actual working conditions of the pipeline through the hot oil flowing inside the pipeline.The critical temperature and displacement for overall buckling of pipelines with different vertical imperfections were obtained,and the effects of different initial imperfections on the overall buckling were studied.The test results verified the dynamics effect of the pipeline during vertical overall buckling.
