摘　　要：在新的就业形势与就业环境下,大学生就业指导课程的建设与发展,在高校就业指导体系工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是在学生整个学业生涯中构建全程化的就业指导课程体系是值得研究的。文章主要是基于中国矿业大学(北京)就业指导课程体系建设的实际情况,在分析当下就业指导课程教学存在问题的基础上,重点围绕学校就业指导课程建设的路径实施、教学模式改革等方面构建全程化的体系,为推动就业指导课程教学改革和推进就业指导育人模式提供一定的思路。In the new employment situation and environment,the construction and development of employment guidance courses for college students are playing an increasingly important role in the work of the employment guidance system in universities,especially in the construction of a comprehensive employment guidance course system throughout students'entire academic career,which is worth studying.The article is mainly based on the actual situation of the construction of the employment course system at China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing).Based on the analysis of the current problems in the teaching of employment guidance courses,the focus is on building a comprehensive system from the implementation of the school's employment guidance course construction path,teaching mode,and other aspects.This provides some ideas for promoting the reform of employment guidance course teaching and promoting the employment guidance education mode.
