摘　　要：民办高等教育是民办教育的重要组成部分,也是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,是工商管理专业人才培养的摇篮。在经济全球化和知识经济的大背景下,工商管理人才培养面临着巨大挑战。民办本科高校应充分发挥自身特色和优势,优化其工商管理人才培养模式,精准对接行业、企业对工商管理人才的需求,基于当前“中国特色学徒制”背景,探析工商管理专业新型人才培养模式。Private higher education is an important component of private education,as well as an important part of China's higher education industry.It is also the cradle of talent cultivation for business management professionals.In the context of economic globalization and knowledge economy,the cultivation of business management talents is facing enormous challenges.Private undergraduate universities should fully leverage their own characteristics and advantages,optimize their business management talent training models,accurately align with the needs of industries and enterprises for business management talents,and explore new talent training models for business management majors based on the current"Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system"background.
