摘　　要：医学院校就业指导课程对改善医学生慢就业思维,做好稳就业工作具有重要意义。针对当前医学院校就业指导课程存在课程体系缺乏科学系统设计、师资队伍专业化不足、学生重视度不足、教学方式单一、课程与就业指导服务契合不足等问题,文章提出构建全程化课程体系、建立专业化师资队伍、引导学生树立正确的就业观、丰富教学方式及注重实践参与、推行课程与日常就业服务一体化举措,探索慢就业趋势下就业指导课程的教学改革路径,以期促进医学生高质量充分就业。The employment guidance course in medical colleges is of great significance in improving the slow employment thinking of medical students and doing a good job in stabilizing employment.In response to the current problems of lack of scientific and systematic design in the curriculum system of employment guidance courses in medical colleges,insufficient professionalization of teaching staff,insufficient attention from students,single teaching methods,and insufficient compatibility between courses and employment guidance services,the article proposes to build a comprehensive curriculum system,establish a professional teaching staff,guide students to establish correct employment views,enrich teaching methods,and focus on practical participation,promote the integration of curriculum and daily employment services,and explore the teaching reform path of employment guidance courses under the trend of slow employment,in order to promote high-quality and full employment of medical students.
