摘　　要：当前,部分高校就业创业指导依然存在着理念陈旧、教学指导方式单一、固化,不能满足学生实际需求的问题,不利于大学生顺利地步入社会。文章就高校就业创业指导工作的创新展开了研究,首先分析了在大数据时代下大学生面临的就业创业机遇,其次探讨了高校就业创业指导工作中存在的问题,如课程设置不合理、师资水平有限、就业创业指导工作的针对性和个性化不足,以及学生与市场之间缺乏安全有效的平台等,最后针对这些问题结合自身所学专业知识提出优化建议,以期推动高校就业创业指导工作健康有序开展。Currently,some universities still have outdated concepts,single and fixed teaching guidance methods,which cannot meet the actual needs of students,which is not conducive to the smooth entry of college students into society.The article conducts research on the innovation of employment and entrepreneurship guidance work in universities.Firstly,it analyzes the employment and entrepreneurship opportunities faced by college students in the era of big data.Secondly,it explores the problems existing in the employment and entrepreneurship guidance work in universities,such as unreasonable curriculum design,limited teacher level,insufficient targeted and personalized employment and entrepreneurship guidance work,and the lack of safe and effective platforms between students and the market.Finally,optimization suggestions are proposed to address these issues in conjunction with my own professional knowledge,in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of employment and entrepreneurship guidance work in universities.
