摘  要:大学生职业生涯规划教育作为引导高校学生增强职业认知、明确职业目标、绘制职业蓝图的重要课程,日益成为保障高校毕业生充分就业的有效途径。大学生职业生涯规划教育显然不能简单地开设几节课程,而应该是贯穿大学四年全过程的特殊教育内容。新时代,创新大学生职业生涯规划教育,应针对不同年级的学生特点和需求,构建全过程的大学生职业生涯规划教育体系:在职业唤醒阶段,侧重专业知识教育;在自我认知阶段,培育自身职业目标;在职业见习阶段,调试职业发展方向;在职业实现阶段,强化就业指导服务。College students’career planning education,as an important course to guide college students to enhance career awareness,clarify career goals and draw career blueprints,has increasingly become an effective way to ensure the full employment of college graduates.Obviously,the education of college students’career planning can not simply offer a few courses,but should be a special education content that runs through the whole four-year process of the university.In the new era,to innovate college students’career planning education,we should build a whole process of college students’career planning education system according to the characteristics and needs of students of different grades:in the career awakening stage,we should focus on professional knowledge education;At the stage of self cognition,cultivate their own career goals;At the stage of vocational probation,adjust the direction of career development;At the stage of career realization,employment guidance services should be strengthened.
