摘　　要：大学生创新创业人才培养模式的构建,对于大学生创新创业能力的培养具有重要意义。文章分析了高校培养创新创业人才的意义和当前高校双创教育的现状及存在的问题,提出了“五位一体”系统性创新创业人才培养模式,将创新创业课程、社会实践、创业培训、创业项目、创业大赛等5个方面融为一体。该体系的构建有利于培养复合型、应用型的创新创业人才,可为其他高校的创新创业人才培养模式建设提供参考。The perfection of the cultivation mode of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial talents is of great significance to the improvement of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability.This paper puts forward a"five-in-one"systematic innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model,which integrates five aspects,including innovation and entrepreneurship courses,social practice,entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurship projects and entrepreneurship competitions.The construction of the system is conducive to the cultivation of compound,applicationoriented innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and can provide reference for other universities in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode.
