混合式教学模式下公安院校“道路交通安全法学”课程思政的教学探索与实践

摘　　要：公安院校“道路交通安全法学”课程是以技术法学为主线,用工程技术诠释车、路、人、环境之间的法律规范,工、法、管等多学科融合基础上形成的一门综合性应用课程。将思政教育逻辑融入研究“道路交通安全法学”专业教学,并跳出传统教学模式的束缚,利用线上、线下相融合的混合式教学模式,对巩固专业知识的同时训练学生交通安全技术法治思维,培养学生履职尽责、敬业担当以及人民中心、生命至上、家国情怀的精神,成为忠诚于党、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明的公安铁军十分必要,从而达到立德树人的教育目标。The road traffic safety law course in public security colleges is a comprehensive application course based on the technical law as the main line and the interpretation of the legal norms among vehicles,roads,people and environment with engineering technology,and the integration of engineering,law and management and other disciplines.To ideological education"road traffic safety law"the logic into the professional teaching,and jump out of the bondage of the traditional teaching mode,the use of the integration of online and offline hybrid teaching mode,to consolidate the professional knowledge of training students’thought of traffic safety technology of the rule of law at the same time,trains the student to bear due responsibility,dedication,and people’s center,the life is supreme,the spirit of the feelings,be loyal to the party,service people,justice,the discipline of public security workers is necessary,so as to achieve building morality and cultivating people education goals.
