课程思政背景下“思政元素”融入大学生职业生涯规划课程教学途径探索

摘　　要：“培养什么人,是教育的首要问题。”高校作为人才培养的主阵地,肩负着培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要使命。从“思政课程”到“课程思政”,各门课程都应担负起立德树人的使命。高校职业生涯规划课程有着深厚的融合大学生思想政治教育的基础,职业的价值体现在社会需要,职业的选择必然与社会责任、担当精神、家国情怀等价值观紧密相连。探索职业生涯课程中的思政元素融入,可以更好地帮助实现职业生涯课程的教学目标和德育功能。"Who to train is the primary issue of education."As the main position of talent training,colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of training qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.From"Ideological and Political Courses"to"Ideological and Political Courses",all courses should shoulder the mission of Building Morality and cultivating people.College career planning courses have a deep foundation of integrating college students’Ideological and political education.The value of career is reflected in social needs.The choice of career must be closely connected with the values of social responsibility,responsibility spirit,family and country feelings and so on.Exploring the integration of Ideological and political elements in career curriculum can better help to realize the teaching objectives and moral education function of career curriculum.
