论高校辅导员在思想政治教育与管理中的职能

摘　　要：辅导员作为高校中与大学生直接面对面的人,身担重责。高校开展大学生思想政治教育与管理,既是国家对高校的目标要求,也是满足大学生自我成长和未来发展的需求。在我国高校中,辅导员在思想政治教育与管理中扮演重要角色,他们为培养大学生的集体主义和荣辱观,激发大学生品德学习的热情和积极进取的动力发挥着不可忽视的作用。伴随着我国教育水平的不断提升,大学生思政教育与管理工作也在不断改革。文章梳理了高校辅导员两大职能,为进一步完善高校辅导员教育与管理理论与对策提供有益参考。As a person who directly faces college students in Colleges and universities,counselors bear heavy responsibilities.Carrying out ideological and political education and management of college students in Colleges and universities is not only the goal and requirement of the state for colleges and universities,but also to meet the needs of college students’self-growth and future development.In China’s colleges and universities,counselors play an important role in Ideological and political education and management.They play an important role in cultivating college students’collectivism and concept of honor and disgrace,stimulating college students’enthusiasm for moral learning and positive motivation.With the continuous improvement of China’s education level,the ideological and political education and management of college students are also being reformed.This paper combs the two functions of college counselors,which provides a useful reference for further improving the theory and countermeasures of college counselors’education and management.
