摘　　要：直接从在校大学生中征兵是新时代实现部队现代化、信息化、年轻化的有效途径。但由于高校校园与部队军营在多方面存在较大差异,退役复学学生返校后,在心理健康、融入校园、专业学习、就业竞争力等方面存在不同程度的问题。经研究分析,高校可从思想教育引导、心理咨询、学业针对性指导、发挥退役学生特有优势和加强就业扶持等方面予以指导支持,帮助退役复学学生树立信心,争取圆满完成学业,促进优质就业。Conscription directly from college students is an effective way to realize the modernization,informatization and rejuvenation of the army in the new era.However,due to the great differences between college campuses and military barracks in many aspects,after returning to school,retired students have different degrees of problems in mental health,integration into campus,professional learning,employment competitiveness and so on.Through research and analysis,colleges and universities can provide guidance and support from the aspects of ideological education guidance,psychological counseling,academic targeted guidance,giving full play to the unique advantages of retired students and strengthening employment support,so as to help retired students to establish confidence,strive to successfully complete their studies and promote high-quality employment.
