摘  要:为了智能快递柜的可持续发展,增强用户粘性,本研究对快递员在使用智能快递柜时的持续使用意愿影响因素进行研究。本研究基于顾客感知价值、价格认知和顾客满意理论,构建了影响快递员持续使用意愿的结构方程模型,并采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,使用SmartPLS 3.0来验证模型中的假设。研究结果表明:服务质量对顾客满意有显著正向影响;顾客体验对价格认知和顾客满意有显著正向影响;各项成本对价格认知有显著负向影响;价格认知对顾客满意有显著正向影响;价格认知和顾客满意对持续使用意愿有显著正向影响。In order to promote the sustainable development of smart parcel delivery lockers and fuel users'willingness of using them,this study investigates the influencing factors continuous use intention of couriers when using smart parcel delivery lockers.Based on the theory of customer perceived value,price awareness and customer satisfaction,this study used a structural equation model affecting the customers'willingness to continually use smart parcel delivery lockers.The questionnaires were collected,and the study analyzed the data by SmartPLS 3.0,and verified the hypotheses in the proposed structure equation model.Research results indicated that service quality had a positive impact on the customer satisfaction;customer experience had a positive impact on the price awareness and customer satisfaction;various costs had a negative impact on the price awareness;price awareness had a positive impact on the customer satisfaction;price awareness and customer satisfaction had a positive impact on the courier's continuous intention.
