基于价值链视角的电影产业发展策略研究

摘　　要：在消费升级的背景下,中国电影票房收入不断突破历史新高,但中国电影产业仍然处于大而不强的发展阶段。本研究以韩国电影产业崛起的案例为切入点,运用产业价值链理论和结构-行为-绩效(SCP)框架分析了中国电影产业的发展环境,找出了中国电影产业的发展瓶颈。研究发现:人力资本是电影产业的核心竞争力,实现电影产业跨越式发展的关键就在于最大限度地激发人的创造力;电影产业的发展史是一部科学、技术与文化交互融合的演进史,要抓住重大科技创新机遇,运用大数据、云计算、人工智能等新兴科技实现电影产业的弯道超车;电影产业具有多产业跨界融合的特点,产业链条的交互融合是推动电影产业持续发展的重要动力。In the context of consumption upgrading,although China’s film box office revenue continues to break through historical highs,the Chinese film industry is still in a stage of large but not strong development.This study started with the case of the rise of the Korean film industry,and article used the industry value chain theory and the StructureConduct-Performance(SCP)framework to analyze the development environment of the Chinese film industry to find the bottleneck of the development of the Chinese film industry.The study found that:Human capital is the core competitiveness of the film industry,and the key to achieve the leapfrog development of the film industry is to stimulate people’s creativity to the greatest extent;The development history of the film industry is an evolutionary history of the intersection of science,technology and culture,and it is necessary to seize major technological innovation opportunities and use big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to achieve overtaking in the film industry;The film industry has the characteristics of multi-industry cross-border integration,and the interactive integration of the industrial chain is an important driving force for the sustainable development of the film industry.
