高速铁路开通对区域旅游经济影响:来自中国地级市的证据

摘　　要：由于时空压缩带来"虹吸"与"溢出"效应,高铁对特定区域旅游业的发展会产生不同的影响。本文利用2002~2018年250个地级市的面板数据,建立了双重差分模型以评估高铁开通对地级市旅游经济的量化影响。结果表明:(1)高铁开通总体上显著促进了地级市旅游经济的增长。(2)地级市的旅游资源禀赋和配套设施是影响高铁开通是否显著促进当地旅游经济的重要因素。(3)地级市离邻近中心城市越近,高铁开通对当地旅游经济的促进作用越强。根据研究发现,对利用高铁促进区域旅游经济的增长提出了建议。High-speed railway(HSR)has different impacts on the development of tourism in specific regions because its"time-space compression"effect can leads to the"siphonic"effect and"spillover"effect.The paper evaluates the impact of HSR on regional tourism economic development by use of the 250 prefecture-level cities’panel data(2002~2018).The results show that:(1)HSR significantly promotes the development of tourism economy of prefecture-level cities.(2)The endowment of tourist resources and supporting facilities are the key factors of developing regional tourism economy.(3)The distance of a prefecture-level city to regional core cities isan influence factor.The shorter the distance,the stronger the HSR’s"spillover"effect will be.
