摘 要:制造企业服务化绩效问题一直备受学术界关注。本文将战略柔性作为自变量,服务创新能力作为中介变量,研究制造企业战略柔性对服务化绩效的影响并提出假设。通过对服务型制造企业的中高层管理人员发放问卷获取研究数据,并通过相关分析、结构方程模型,实证研究战略柔性对服务化绩效的影响。结果发现,资源柔性和能力柔性与制造业服务化绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系,服务创新能力在战略柔性和服务化绩效之间发挥部分中介作用。并在此基础上为制造业柔性战略的制定及服务化绩效的提升提出相关建议。The servitization performance of manufacturing enterprises has attracted much attention from academia.This paper takes strategic flexibility as an independent variable and service innovation capability as an intermediary variable to study the impact of strategic flexibility on servitization performance of manufacturing enterprises and put forward hypotheses.The research data are obtained by sending questionnaires to middle and senior managers of serviceoriented manufacturing enterprises,and the impact of strategic flexibility on servitization performance is empirically studied through correlation analysis and structural equation model.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between resource flexibility,capacity flexibility and manufacturing servitization performance,and service innovation ability plays a partial intermediary role between strategic flexibility and servitization performance.On this basis,some suggestions are proposed for the formulation of manufacturing flexibility strategy and the improvement of servitization performance.
