摘 要:水域生态牧场是解决海洋和淡水水域环境退化和资源衰退等诸多生态问题的有效手段。近年来,我国在海洋生态牧场建设方面已取得了丰硕的成果,淡水生态牧场刚刚起步,因此在水域生态牧场建设过程中仍然面临着理念模糊、设备陈旧、技术落后、管理不足等问题。本文在阐述水域生态牧场的定义与建设意义的同时,从规划布局、原理认知、技术突破、模式创新与标准制定等方面提出了一系列举措和建议,以期为我国水域生态牧场的可持续发展提供科学对策。Aquatic ecological ranching is an effective method to solve degradation of resources and environment in marine and fresh water area.In recent years,substantial achievements have been made in construction of marine ecological ranching in China,but the construction of freshwater ecological ranching is just getting started.There are still many challenges,including blurred concepts,obsolete equipment,backward technology and insufficient management in the process of constructing aquatic ecological ranching.In this paper,the definition and construction significance of aquatic ecological ranching were clarified.In order to provide scientific supports for the sustainable development of aquatic ecological ranching,a series of measures and suggestions were proposed from the aspect of planning and layout,principle cognition,technological breakthroughs,model innovation and standard formulation.
