公立医疗卫生机构应对新冠肺炎疫情主要医用物资储备分析——以2020年北京市丰台区为例

摘　　要：目的:分析2020年丰台区公立医疗卫生机构应对新冠肺炎疫情主要医用物资储备情况。方法:采用问卷调查和访谈普查丰台区公立医疗卫生机构主要医用物资储备数量和变化。结果:丰台区公立医疗卫生机构二级防护服套数全年储备最少在1月,为2844套,最多在12月,为35404套,6月至12月每月平均储备量为29674套。1月和2月,全区各类公立医疗卫生机构的二级防护服人均储备量分别为0.28套/人、0.83套/人;6月至12月,每月人均二级防护服储备套数为2.96套/人。病毒采样管1月至4月储备量最少,平均90套,6月至12月储备量呈现“U”型变化,平均储备量为83154套,12月储备量最多,为17.7861万套。2020年丰台区公立医疗卫生机构过期的医用物资包括二级防护服146套、N95口罩2220只、医用外科口罩760只。结论:2020年丰台区公立医疗卫生机构在1月至2月医用物资储备严重不足。早期新冠肺炎(L基因型欧洲家系分支I)疫情期间和常态化防控期间,公立医疗卫生机构的二级防护服可按照3套/人进行储备,其他医用物资可根据疫情严重程度调整储备量,及时处理过期的医用物资。Objective:The research was conducted to analyze the storage of medical materials coping with the COVID-19 in public medical and health institutions in Fengtai District in 2020.Methods:Questionnaire survey and interview were used to get the quantity and changes of storage of main medical materials in public medical and health institutions in Fengtai District.Results:The least storage of secondary protective clothing in public medical and health institutions in Fengtai District was 2844 suits in January,and the most was 35404 suits in December,and the average monthly storage from June to December was 29674 suits.In January and February,the per capita storage of secondary protective clothing in all kinds of public medical and health institutions was 0.28 suits and 0.83 suits respectively,and from June to December,it was 2.96 suits.From January to April,the storage of virus sampling tubes was the least,with an average of 90 sets.From June to December,the storage showed an U-curve change,with the average storage of 83154 sets.In December,the most storage was 177861 sets.In 2020,the expired medical materials in public medical and health institutions in Fengtai District included 146 suits of secondary protective clothing,2220 sets of N95 medical protective masks and 760 sets of medical surgical masks.Conclusion:The storage of medical materials in public medical and health institutions in Fengtai District were seriously insufficient between January and February.During epidemic period of the COVID-19(L-lineage European branch I)and the regular period of control and prevention,the secondary protective clothing of public medical and health institutions could be stored with 3 suits per capita,and other medical storage should be adjusted according to the severity of the COVID-19,and the expired medical materials should be handled in time.
