摘　　要：发展新能源汽车是汽车产业转型的主要方向,是推动绿色低碳发展、建设现代化产业体系和基础设施体系的重要内容,也是我国从汽车大国迈向汽车强国的必由之路。本文基于产业链发展和金融支持的视角,全面阐述了金融支持新能源汽车产业链发展的重要意义,分析和研判了新能源汽车产业链的发展现状、格局及趋势,剖析了当前金融支持新能源汽车产业链发展面临的问题,并从四个方面系统提出金融支持我国新能源汽车产业链高质量发展的政策建议:完善产业支持政策,引导金融赋能产业链发展;聚焦产业链关键环节,精准加大金融支持力度;构建全方位金融服务体系,提供便捷全周期融资支持;加强风险防控能力建设,防范新能源汽车产业链融资风险。The development of new energy vehicles is the main direction for the transformation of the automotive industry,an important part of promoting green and low-carbon development,building a modern industrial system and infrastructure system,and also a necessary path for China to move from a major automotive country to an automotive powerhouse.This article comprehensively elaborates the importance of financial support for the development of the new energy vehicle industry chain from the perspectives of industry chain development and financial support.It analyzes and judges the current situation,pattern,and trend of the development of the new energy vehicle industry chain,analyzes the problems faced by financial support for the development of the new energy vehicle industry chain,and systematically proposes policy recommendations for financial support for the high-quality development of China’s new energy vehicle industry chain:improving industrial support policies and guiding the development of financial empowerment industry chains;Focusing on key links in the industrial chain and increasing financial support accurately;Building a comprehensive financial service system and providing convenient full life cycle financing support;Strengthening risk capacity building and preventing financing risks in the new energy vehicle industry chain.
