区域金融生态环境对家庭住房投资影响的实证研究

摘　　要：区域金融生态环境中的构成要素能否较好地解释家庭住房投资及其变动原因,有待于进行理论与实证检验研究。本文以2017—2019年全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的数据为研究样本,采用因子分析法构建评价指标体系测度区域间金融生态环境差异,实证研究区域金融生态环境对家庭住房投资的影响。研究结果表明,不同区域金融生态发展水平存在较大差异,区域金融生态环境在总体上对家庭住房投资具有积极影响,但各构成要素作用表现不一。为了实现区域协调发展,促进社会主义市场经济的健康发展,不仅需要进一步引导家庭合理、高效地参与经济活动,还需要有针对性地优化区域金融生态环境。Whether the constituent elements in the regional financial ecological environment can better explain the family housing investment and the reasons for its change needs to be studied by theoretically and empirically.Taking the data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in 2017—2019 as the research sample,this paper uses the factor analysis method to construct the evaluation index system to measure the differences of regional financial ecological environment,and empirically studies the impact of regional financial ecological environment on family housing investment.The research results show that regional financial ecological development varies greatly among different regions,but it generally has a positive impact on family housing investment.In order to achieve coordinated regional development and promote the healthy development of socialist market economy,it is necessary not only to further guide families to participate in economic activities reasonably and efficiently,but also to optimize the regional financial ecological environment.
