新冠肺炎疫情对中国对外贸易的影响及对策分析——兼与“非典”疫情的影响相比较

摘　　要：2003年"非典"疫情对中国对外贸易产生了一定的的影响和冲击。2020年新冠肺炎疫情暴发,国内外疫情均十分严峻,叠加近几年中国内外经济环境的变化,疫情出现将在短期内一定程度影响中国货物贸易发展,严重冲击中国旅游服务贸易,对外商直接投资的影响也不可忽视。面对疫情,各部门、各层面应该快速反应和积极行动,从根本上控制和消除疫情,政府应该采取积极的经济干预措施,最大限度减弱疫情对中国对外贸易带来的影响和冲击。SARS epidemic of 2003 brought some influences and impacts on China’s foreign trade in some degree.The outbreak of COVID epidemic in2020,along with the change in economic environment domestically and abroad in recent years,will influence the development of China’s commodity trade to some extent,have a heavy hit on China’s tourism service trade,also bring out some impacts on inward FDI.Facing the severe epidemic,all departments and all levels should respond as soon as possible and act positively,controlling and eliminating the epidemic,the government should call for fresh measures to interfere with the economy,relieving the epidemic’s impacts on China’s foreign trade to the greatest degree.
