摘　　要：探讨了框支剪力墙结构转换层上一层被转换墙超限的现象及原因。指出现行规范对转换层上一层被转换墙的剪力进行调整,在对地震作用下的墙剪力进行放大的同时,对重力作用下的墙剪力也进行了放大,而该墙的组合剪力设计值中,重力作用下的墙剪力往往占绝大部分,对该剪力进行较大比例的放大,理论上没有依据,且导致转换层上一层被转换墙剪压比普遍超限。本文提出了转换层上一层被转换墙剪压比超限问题解决方案,供结构设计同行参考。Discusses the phenomena and causes of overlimit be transformed wall on first floor over transformed floor of the frame supported shear wall structure,and points out that the current code for shear adjustment of be transformed wall on first floor over transformed floor,the amplification of shear in seismic action generated,at the same time,the wall shear under the action of gravity is also amplified,and the combined shear force design value of the wall,the shear force under the action of gravity usually accounts for the majorit,the shear force under the action of gravity is amplified in a large proportion,there is no basis in theory,resulting overlimit be transformed wall on first floor over transformed floor.In this paper,a solution to the problem of shear-pressure ratio be transformed wall on first floor over the transformed floor is proposed,for structural design peers reference.
