摘 要:混凝土集料中不可避免附带的泥会降低聚羧酸减水剂的减水分散性能,从而影响混凝土的工作性能。本文将从高吸水树脂SAP的基本性质出发,探究SAP对掺聚羧酸减水剂含泥混凝土性能影响的改善及其机理,研究结果表明:引入SAP和额外用水量,能有效改善泥对掺聚羧酸减水剂混凝土的影响,且合适的用水量和预吸水方式能使其改善效果进一步提升。最后,通过X射线衍射分析探究了SAP对泥负效应的改善机理,发现SAP能减少泥对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附。The unavoidable mud in the concrete aggregate will reduce the water-reducing and dispersing properties of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer,thus affecting the working performance of the concrete.Based on the basic properties of SAP,this paper explores the improvement of SAP’s influence on the mud-mixing of carboxylic acid water-reducing agent and its mechanism.The results show that:the introduction of SAP and additional water consumption can effectively improve the mud-doped carboxylic acid reduction.The effect of water-based concrete,and the appropriate amount of water and pre-water absorption can further improve the improvement effect.Finally,the improvement mechanism of SAP on the negative effect of mud was explored by X-ray diffraction analysis.It was found that SAP can reduce the adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer by mud.
