摘　　要：以全国民用建筑环保数据为研究对象,以2015—2017年为研究期,分别从时间和空间两个维度进行纵向和横向比较,探讨了民用建筑环保数据的时空差异。结果显示:环保情况随时间发展逐渐改善,依据地区差异形成了相对稳定的层次结构。经济分区内部污染物排放量降幅最大的城市基本固定,总体呈辐射状分布,各经济分区间污染物排放量存在明显差异。以行政区划和经济区划两种方式划分地区,从政策和经济两个角度分别讨论环保特征,然后从城市能级、工业分布、地理条件等角度分析造成差异的原因,得到结论:随时间发展环保情况改善程度大的地区对于高能耗产业发展的依赖程度低,城市能级的高低与环保状况的好坏直接挂钩。污染物排放量与经济发展程度存在直接联系,经济分区内部主要城市的发展带动扶持功能明显。为全面了解民用建筑环保数据的时空构架并有针对性地采取环保措施提供了有益借鉴。This research takes the national civil building environmental protection data as the research object,and takes 2015 to 2017 as the research period.It conducts vertical and horizontal comparisons from two dimensions of time and space,and explores the temporal and spatial differences of civil building environmental protection data.The results show that the environmental protection situation has gradually improved over time,and a relatively stable hierarchical structure has been formed based on regional differences.The cities with the largest decline in pollutant emissions within economic zones are basically fixed,and the overall distribution is radial.There are obvious differences in pollutant emissions among economic zones.Divide regions in two ways:administrative divisions and economic divisions.Discuss environmental protection characteristics from the perspectives of policy and economy.Then analyze the reasons for the differences from the perspectives of city energy level,industrial distribution,and geographical conditions.The conclusion is that environmental protection develops over time Areas with a large degree of improvement are less dependent on the development of high-energy-consuming industries,and the level of urban energy levels is directly linked to the quality of environmental protection.There is a direct relationship between pollutant emissions and the degree of economic development,and the development of major cities within the economic zone has an obvious supporting function.It provides a useful reference for comprehensively understanding the temporal and spatial structure of civil building environmental protection data and taking targeted environmental protection measures.
