摘  要:高质量的民用建筑"四节一环保"大数据有助于推动民用建筑绿色发展,保障数据质量变得极其重要,数据质量的好坏直接决定着有关部门对于节能、节水、节地、节材和环境保护的监测与评价效果,影响决策的科学性。通过梳理民用建筑大数据现状,并从数据质量的准确性、可获得性以及一致性入手分析大数据现存问题。针对问题,从内在因素、外在因素、人员因素等多角度来分析民用建筑大数据质量影响因素。最后从制度保障、组织保障、技术保障以及人员保障四个方面提出民用建筑"四节一环保"大数据质量保障机制构想,以期提升我国民用建筑节能水平、居住环境品质和大数据分析能力。The high-quality big data of"Four Saving and One Environmental Protection"of civil buildings is helpful to promote the green development of civil buildings.The guarantee of data quality becomes extremely important.The quality of data directly determines the monitoring and evaluation effect of relevant departments on energy saving,water saving,land saving,material saving and environmental protection,and affects the scientific decision-making.By sorting out the status quo of big data in civil buildings,and analyzing the existing problems of big data from the accuracy,accessibility and consistency of data quality.Aiming at the problem,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of big data of civil buildings from the perspectives of internal factors,external factors and personnel factors.Finally,the paper puts forward the concept of"Four Saving and One Environmental Protection"big data quality guarantee mechanism for civil buildings from the aspects of system guarantee,organization guarantee,technical guarantee and personnel guarantee,so as to improve the energy conservation level,living environment quality and big data analysis ability of civil buildings in China.
