摘 要:基于某既有办公建筑改造前的3 a能耗调查,分析了该建筑用能现状、建筑与设备服役现状及节能潜力。并实施综合性能提升改造,改造后完成室内环境测试和能效性能提升效果分析。结果表明:该既有办公建筑的各用能单元耗电量水平差异显著,暖通空调系统是最大的耗电项,与建筑围护结构热工性能缺陷、用能设备长期服役性能衰退密切相关。提出具有针对性的改造技术措施和围护结构构造做法,为夏热冬冷地区既有办公建筑综合改造提供参考。改造后室内温度较改造前有明显改善,室内湿环境改善不明显,近一年单位面积能耗达到49.09 kW·h/m^2,较改造前下降11.77%。其中,对建筑能耗下降贡献最大的是暖通空调,表明暖通空调和围护结构综合性能提升改造能够有助于降低既有办公建筑能耗。Based on the energy consumption survey of an existing office building three years before the renovation,the current energy consumption status of the building,the service status of the building and equipment,and the energy saving potential were investigated.After the renovation was completed,the indoor environmental test results and energy efficiency performance improvement effects were analyzed.The results show that the power consumption levels of the energy-using units of the existing office building differ significantly,and the largest power consumption item is the HVAC system.It is closely related to thermal performance defects of building envelopes and long-term service performance degradation of energy-using equipment.Proposed targeted reformation technical measures and building structure construction methods to provide a reference for the comprehensive renovation of existing office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.After the renovation,the indoor temperature environment has improved significantly but the indoor wet environoment has not obvious improvement.In the past year,the energy consumption per unit area reached 49.09 kW·h/m^2,a decrease of 11.77%.Among them,the largest contribution to the decline in building energy consumption is HVAC,which proves that the comprehensive performance improvement of HVAC and envelope structures can effectively solve the problem of high energy consumption in existing office buildings.
