摘　　要：建筑工程的造价和企业的经济效益有着紧密的联系,在建筑企业发展的过程中,建筑工程土建造价管理引起了人们的高度重视。基于此,对土建造价管理过程中存在的问题进行研究,控制各阶段的造价设计,实现对于建筑工程的整体控制,带来更多的经济效益,促进建筑行业的发展和进步。There is a close relationship between the cost of construction engineering and the economic benefits of the enterprise.During the development of the construction enterprise,the management of the construction cost of construction engineering has received great attention.Based on this,research on the problems in the process of civil construction cost management and controlling the cost design at various stages can achieve overall control of construction projects,bring more economic benefits,and promote the development and progress of the construction industry.
