摘 要:分析目前我国住宅建筑工程设计工作开展情况,可知节能型建筑属于此类工程设计的主流类型,需要住宅建筑设计单位充分结合该类建筑工程设计要点,做好设计工作,促使建筑设计的价值有效发挥。基于此,对节能型住宅建筑设计包含的相关内容进行了概述,并对该种建筑设计要点进行了深入分析,为后续更多住宅建筑设计单位高质量且高效率的开展建筑设计工作提供参考。According to the analysis of the current development of residential engineering design in our country,the energysaving architecture belongs to the mainstream type of this kind of engineering design,and it is necessary for the residential architectural design unit to fully combine the key points of this kind of architectural engineering design to do the design work well,so that the value of architectural design can be effectively brought into play.Based on this thesis,the article summarizes the related contents of the energy-saving residential building design,and makes an in-depth analysis of the key points of this kind of building design,hoping to provide the experience guidance for the following high-quality and high-efficiency development of the architectural design work of more residential building design units.
