摘 要:福州市琅岐某新建道路中软基处理采用钉形双向水泥土搅拌桩技术。钉形双向水泥土搅拌桩技术是新开发的软土地基处理技术,针对传统水泥土搅拌桩存在的抬土、糊钻、冒浆、成桩不均匀、竖向承载力低等问题,从施工工艺、结构形式、施工管理控制上进行技术改造,彻底改变传统搅拌桩的质量缺陷。对钉形双向水泥土搅拌桩成桩质量进行研究,提升搅拌桩技术施工中的成桩合格率,从而更好地提高工程质量,节约工程造价。The soft foundation treatment of a newly-built road in Langqi,Fuzhou City,uses nail-shaped two-way cement-soil mixing pile technology.Nail-shaped two-way cement-soil mixing pile technology is a newly developed soft soil foundation treatment technology.Aiming at the problems of traditional soil-cement mixing piles,such as soil lifting,paste drilling,slurry generation,uneven pile formation,and low vertical bearing capacity,the construction of technological transformation in process,structural form,construction management and control has completely changed the quality defects of traditional mixing piles.Through further research on the pile forming quality of the nail-shaped two-way cement-soil mixing pile,the purpose is to improve the pile forming qualification rate in the technical construction of the mixing pile,so as to better improve the engineering quality and save the engineering cost.
