摘　　要：建筑工程在工作的过程中,作业量很大,项目施工管理可以有效保障项目不受各种因素的影响而正常进行。因此,建筑项目施工管理的实施可以有效对建筑工程行业发展起到促进作用,总结分析了传统施工管理模式以及其弊端,同时为解决问题制订了解决方案,从而控制施工质量不被影响。In the construction work of the construction project,the amount of work is very large,and the project construction management can effectively ensure that the project is normally carried out without being affected by various factors.Therefore,the implementation of construction project construction management can effectively promote the development of the construction engineering industry.This article not only summarizes the traditional construction management mode and its disadvantages,but also formulates solutions for solving problems,so as to control the construction quality without being affected.
