摘 要:随着现代科学技术的发展,火力电厂建设的创新技术不断更新,我国许多技术已走在世界的前列。在建的陕西国华锦界电厂三期扩建项目2×660 MW超超临界燃煤空冷机组,采用汽轮发电机组高位布置、八机一控、一键启停、生态排放、辅机单列布置、智能电厂等多项创新技术。基于电厂建设技术的更新,与常规汽轮机基础施工相比,主厂房高位布置汽轮机基础采用隔振弹簧技术,其具有明显的技术及经济优势,因此隔振弹簧系技术在电建工程中的应用也越来越广泛。隔振弹簧系统的安装工艺在世界首例高位布置汽轮机机组中的成功应用,可为今后其他高位布置汽轮机机组提供借鉴。With the development of modern science and technology,the innovative technology of thermal power plant construction is constantly updated,and many technologies in China have been at the forefront of the world.Shaanxi Guohua Jinjie Power Plant Phase III Expansion Project 2×660 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired air-cooled generating unit under construction,adopting high-level layout of turbine-generator units,eight controls for one control,one-key start-stop,ecological emissions,single-line layout of auxiliary equipment,smart power plant and many other innovative technologies.Based on the update of power plant construction technology,compared with the conventional steam turbine foundation construction,the high-level layout of the steam turbine base in the main plant uses vibration isolation spring technology,which has obvious technical and economic advantages.Therefore,the application of vibration isolation spring system technology in power construction projects is also more and more extensive.The successful installation of the vibration isolation spring system in the world’s first high-level steam turbine unit can provide a reference for other highlevel steam turbine units in the future.
