摘 要:以青岛台东站1号线地下结构施工为例,结合预留孔洞及梁分布情况,将车站主体结构主体纵向分8个结构段,支架体系采用有限元分析复核验算,车站主体结构施工采取"从下往上,先墙柱后梁板,分段分层"流水施工。在底板施工完毕后进行该段侧墙及立柱钢筋绑扎、模板拼装和混凝土浇筑,施工完毕后进行中板梁、板模板及满堂支架搭设。1号线台东站从北向南进行主体结构施工,1号线主体结构侧墙、柱、梁、板底、侧模均采用木模结合,其他支架体系使用扣件式满堂支架施工。Taking the construction of the underground structure of Line 1 of Qingdao Taitung Station as an example,combined with the distribution of reserved holes and beams,the main body of the station is divided into 8 structural sections in the longitudinal direction.From the bottom to the top,the wall columns are followed by the beams,and the sections are layered and layered.After the construction of the bottom plate is completed,the side walls and columns of the section are reinforced,the formwork is assembled and the concrete is poured.After the construction is completed,the middle plate beam,the plate formwork and the full hall bracket are erected.The main structure of Line 1 Taitung Station is constructed from north to south.The side walls,columns,beams,slab bottom,and side forms of Line 1 main structure are all combined with wooden molds,and the bracket system is constructed with fastener-type full hall brackets.
