摘 要:针对某既有砌体结构住宅楼,采用顶升纠偏及基础隔震与传统加固相结合的方式进行加固改造。并采用有限元软件midas Gen进行建模及非线性时程分析,对比了结构加隔震装置前后在设防作用下的楼层剪力及罕遇地震作用下的隔震支座应力、位移等。结果表明:应用隔震技术后,结构的周期延长,楼层剪力显著减小;水平向减震系数β为0.387,隔震层以上结构的抗震构造可降低1度;顶升纠偏及隔震加固相结合的加固方式能有效解决老旧砌体结构房屋综合抗震能力及倾斜超限的问题。Aiming at an existing masonry structure residential building,the method of jack-up rectification and the combination of base isolation and traditional reinforcement are adopted for reinforcement and reconstruction.The finite element software midas Gen is used for modeling and non-linear time history analysis,and the floor shear force before and after the structure is added with isolation device under fortification action and the stress and displacement of isolation bearing under rare earthquake action are compared.The results show that:after the isolation technology is applied,the period of the structure is prolonged and the floor shear force is significantly reduced;the horizontal damping coefficientβis 0.387,and the seismic structure above the isolation layer can be reduced by one degree;the combination of jack-up rectification and seismic isolation reinforcement can effectively solve the problems of comprehensive seismic capacity and over-limit inclination of old masonry buildings.
