摘　　要：简要介绍了市面上常用的建筑防水材料的优缺点,提出了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料施工工艺,并结合工程实例从操作工艺、效益分析2个方面分析了该防水涂料的应用特点,阐明了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料未来的发展前景。This article briefly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of building waterproofing materials commonly used in the market,proposes a non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating construction process,and uses engineering examples to analyze the application characteristics of the waterproof coating from two aspects of operation process and benefit analysis.The future development prospects of non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating are clarified.
