摘　　要：鉴于以往灾害的经验教训,日本法律规范对中高层建筑防火性能的要求标准之高,在世界上是绝无仅有的。以木结构的技术发展及其应用实例为基础,介绍竹中工务店为实现中高层木结构防火建筑所做的努力与探索,并讨论今后的挑战与机遇。In view of the experience and lessons learned from previous disasters,the requirements of Japanese laws and regulations on the fire performance of mid and high-rise buildings are unique in the world.Based on the development and application of wood structure,this paper introduces the efforts and exploration made by Takenaka to realize the mid and high-rise wooden structure fireproof buildings,and discusses the challenges and opportunities in the future.
