摘 要:合流制排水系统雨天溢流已经成为全国各大城市城区水体的主要污染原因之一,排入水体的污染复核严重影响了江河、湖泊水体功能的恢复,亟需解决。如何控制合流制排水系统的溢流,减少有害物质对天然水系统的污染,就成了解决问题的重中之重。我国的合流制排水系统溢流污染控制(CSO)较西方发达国家相比起步较晚,部分地区根据自身条件及工程特点,已经逐步开展CSO相关标准的研究及探索,在各地方标准中也对此内容有所涉及,但从国家层面来说,尚无针对CSO污染控制的专项国家标准出台。通过南宁等城市的设计实例,探讨CSO控制的设计标准。The overflow of combined sewer system in rainy days has become one of the main causes of water pollution in urban areas of major cities in China.The pollution discharge into the water seriously affects the recovery of water function of rivers and lakes,which needs to be solved urgently.It is urgent to control the pollution of combined sewer system and reduce the emission of oxygen consuming substances.CSO(combined sewer system)pollution control in China started late compared with western developed countries.According to their own conditions and engineering characteristics,some regions have gradually carried out the research and exploration of CSO related standards,which are also involved in various local standards.However,from the national level,there is no special national standard for CSO pollution control.This paper attempts to discuss the design standard of CSO control through the design examples of Nanning and other cities.
